These long-time clients of ours turned to us when they decided to gut their home after three of their four children had left the nest. We made a great team together with their architect and builder as we worked to provide support for finish and fixture selections during the construction phase of their project.
We kept a traditional layout throughout the home, and optimized function and flow with suites for the kids upstairs, the master suite on the main floor, and the family and media rooms at the back of the house. We also redesigned the outside garage unit to accommodate an office and a home gym.
We designed the main floor with fresh, new furnishings, and mixed in a few of the clients’ more sentimental pieces, such as the dining set. The mostly-neutral palette lends a calming vibe to the home, but we added lots of visual interest with layers of color and texture in artwork and accessories.
