Element Southpark

Faced with more square footage than they needed and a desire for a “fresh look”, we helped this couple transition from their long-time Morrocroft Estates home into a contemporary city dwelling. Trading in jewel tones and traditional décor in favor of a layered monochromatic palette allows the city views to shine. 

Layering textures and patterns provided a cozy feeling despite the cleaner lines. The antique entry mirror is the only element that came to the high rise in its original form. Other than lacquering a few sentimental furniture pieces, the décor is new to this dwelling and the clients are relishing their fresh abode.
