Dilworth Bungalow
When they outgrew their existing home, this young family hired us to help them as they built a brand new dream home down the block in the neighborhood they loved.
The bungalow-style home is deceivingly large inside, opening up to plenty of space for this busy family with three small children to entertain, play, and relax.
With the exception of the dramatic black dining room walls, we kept the main palette light, bright, and airy. We satisfied our client’s love for black and white with pillows and accents, then we warmed everything up with brightly colored artwork and periodic hits of warm wood tones.
We also outfitted the inviting outdoor spaces (which include a pool, an outdoor kitchen with bar seating, a fireplace, and a screened-in porch) with furnishing and accessories that make it a true extension of the home’s happy interiors, and ready for fun almost any time of the year.
